You're naturally quiet and reflective.

You think before you speak.

You notice things others don't.

But in the world of work (and in life), those strengths can feel overlooked and drowned out.

It's time to turn your quiet, introverted nature into your advantage, so that you can thrive in your career - your way.

Does this sound familiar?

You worked hard through school and uni.

You thought a good degree would be your ticket to meaningful work.

But now you're realising that no one ever taught you how to find a job that actually fits you.

Your open-plan office leaves you constantly overstimulated and drained.

The small talk, noise and constant interruptions make it hard to think clearly.

You crave deep, focused work but your days are filled with "quick" meetings and endless admin tasks.

By Friday, you're wiped out and wondering how you'll keep doing this for years.

You’re not lazy. You’re depleted from working in ways that go against your natural rhythm.

You know you’re capable of so much more, but you can’t see how to get there from here yet.

Or is it more like this ...?

You have been in your role for a while.

You listen carefully, think deeply and care about doing things properly.

But in a world that rewards quick talkers, it feels like your way of working doesn't count and you are getting overlooked.

You need time to process - to listen, think, and join the dots before speaking.

Meetings make you sweat. The pressure to “speak up” on the spot leaves your mind blank.

You’d rather share your ideas in writing, but your manager barely skims your emails.

By the time you’re ready to contribute, the conversation has already moved on.

If you’ve ever felt like work was designed for everyone but you, you’re right. Workplaces tend to be set up for extroverts.

But the truth is, your way of thinking and being is needed.

Strong teams need a mix of both introverts and extroverts because they bring different skills.

When you stop fighting your introverted nature and start leaning into it, you don’t just cope - you thrive.

Just imagine if ...

You woke up on a Monday morning without that heavy feeling in your chest because your work actually energised you.

You knew your strengths, and how to use them in ways that felt natural, not forced.

You didn’t need to second-guess yourself or replay conversations after work because you trusted your way of communicating.

You were valued for your depth of thought, not just your ability to “speak up.”

You finally understood how to build a career that fits your energy, your values, and your ambitions.

And for the first time in years, you felt proud to be exactly who you are.

Hello there! I'm Charlotte

Ex-teacher, coach, Gen-X parent of Gen-Zers and someone who’s been exactly where you are now.

When I left university, I had a good degree in two subjects I loved, but absolutely no idea what I wanted to do with it.

So I did what everyone told me to: I found a job. Then another. And then another.

Each one looked fine on paper.
But inside, I was exhausted.

I spent years trying to be the version of myself the workplace seemed to want - louder, confident, always performing.

I spoke up when I didn’t want to. Smiled through panic.

Forced small talk when I just wanted a quiet lunch break.

And every time I burned out, I thought it was my fault for not being “resilient” enough.

It wasn’t until my late 30s that I realised the truth:
it wasn’t me. It was the environment.

Nobody had ever told me I could choose.

I could choose work that aligned with my introverted and neurodivergent nervous system.

I could choose colleagues who valued depth, calm, and reflection as much as enthusiasm.

I could build a career that felt sustainable, not soul-sapping.

So I did.

Now, it’s my mission to help other quiet, thoughtful people do this sooner -
to build confidence, find clarity, and shape careers that work with who they are, not against it.

By asking the right questions now, you can save yourself years - decades - of confusion, stress, and soul-sapping work.

Here's how we'll do it - together

Frequently Asked Questions

What actually happens during the sessions?

We start by setting a big goal for the end of your 10 weeks - something that feels meaningful, motivating, and achievable for you.

Each session then has its own focus - a smaller goal that moves you closer to that bigger outcome.

You’ll set the agenda, and we’ll explore what’s most important to you that week, whether that’s decision-making, boundaries, confidence, or direction.

We’ll explore your ideas and challenges thoroughly, helping you see patterns and possibilities you might not have noticed before.

You’ll always leave each session with a few clear, practical action points to work on before we meet again.

Sometimes, we’ll use coaching exercises to remove barriers or gain fresh perspective - always explained fully in advance, and never anything you’re not comfortable with.

Every session is led by you, at your pace, in a calm, non-judgemental space.

My role is to guide the process, ask the right questions, and help you move from uncertainty to confident, informed action.

How is coaching different from counselling or therapy?

Many people find that coaching and counselling can work beautifully alongside each other.

Both offer a safe, confidential space to talk openly - and sometimes, the things we discuss in coaching can feel emotional or bring up past experiences. That’s completely okay.

The difference lies in the focus.

Counselling or therapy often centres on mental health and healing - exploring past experiences, emotions, or trauma to support recovery and wellbeing.

Coaching is more forward-focused. We might reflect on what’s shaped you, but our aim is to help you understand your strengths, values, and patterns so you can make confident, practical choices about your next steps.

Some clients work with a therapist alongside coaching; others come to coaching after therapy, once they’re ready to move towards change.

Either way, this is a calm, supportive space where you can bring your whole self without judgement, and at your own pace.

And if, at any point, I felt you’d benefit more from counselling or mental health support, we’d talk about it openly and sensitively and I’d help you think through what kind of support might be right for you.

What is a DISC profile?

Towards the beginning of our coaching contract, I will send you a link to complete a DISC profile. This is, of course, completely optional and is included in the price of the coaching programme.

Your DISC profile is a simple but powerful tool that helps you understand your communication style, motivation, and working preferences. There are no right or wrong answers.

Instead, it helps you see how you naturally approach tasks, relationships, and problem-solving at work.

During coaching, we might use your DISC insights to explore:

How you like to work and what drains you

How you communicate best with different types of people

What kind of environment helps you stay calm, confident, and productive

It’s a gentle starting point for self-awareness, giving language to things you may have sensed about yourself for years, but never quite known how to describe.

What if I don’t know what I want yet?

That’s completely okay. In fact, it’s one of the most common reasons people come to coaching.

You don’t need a five-year plan or a clear career goal to begin.

All you need is curiosity and a willingness to start exploring what feels right for you.

Through our conversations, we’ll gently uncover what matters most: your values, strengths, and the environments where you feel most energised.

You’ll begin to spot patterns in what excites or drains you and from there, the right direction becomes much clearer.

Not knowing isn’t a problem to fix.

It’s simply the starting point for designing a life and career that finally fit.

Do I need to do anything between the sessions?

Yes, taking small, consistent action between sessions is an important part of making progress.

At the end of each session, you’ll decide on a few simple action points that feel realistic and meaningful to you.

If you ever find yourself not completing them, we won’t treat that as “failure.”

Instead, we’ll explore it together, gently and without judgement.
Is the goal really aligned with what you want?
Is there a barrier, a mindset, or an environment that’s getting in the way?

Every goal and action will always come from you - never from me telling you what to do.
My role is to help you reflect, stay focused, and make choices that genuinely fit.

What if I'm nervous about coaching?

That’s completely normal and almost everyone feels that way at first.

Coaching can feel different from anything you’ve done before, because it gives you space to slow down, think deeply, and talk honestly about what matters to you.

You don’t need to arrive confident, clear, or “ready.” My job is to help you feel comfortable, to guide the conversation gently, and to ask questions that help you find your own answers.

There’s no performance, no pressure, and no judgement - just time and space for you to breathe, reflect, and make sense of things at your own pace.

By the end of the first session, most people say they feel calmer, clearer, and quietly relieved to have started.
